Cascadia Arts Association

​Cascadia Arts Association (CAA) is a nonprofit arts organization that serves East Multnomah County and the West Columbia Gorge.  CAA’s major event each year has been the Troutdale Arts Festival now known as the Cascadia Fine Arts Festival (CFAF) in Troutdale.​
