About Cascadia Fine Arts Festival

The Cascadia Fine Arts Festival in Troutdale, Oregon features and promotes art mainly from the Pacific Northwest and Cascade Regions. This event is ran by Cascadia Arts Association (CAA) as well as members of the local community in and around Troutdale.​
